Stand Up Paddleboarding (SUP) is a refreshing and exciting experience that combines the tranquility of nature with the thrill of river rapids!

Our guides take you on a river adventure, progressing from flat water to rapids! During the trip, you will not only get to explore Sirdal from a different angle, but develop your SUP skills, challenge your balance and create good memories.

SUP along rivers is not just for experienced paddlers. Our experienced guides are there to provide you with training and support, whatever your skill level. You can borrow all the necessary equipment, and safety is always in focus. From beginners to experienced paddlers, everyone can experience the unique combination of excitement and nature experience that SUP along the river provides.

Practical Information

Meeting place: Sirdal Fjellgård cafe

Days: Wednesdays – Sundays

Meeting times: 10:30 or 14:30

Prices: Adult 18+ years 750,- and 10-17 years 600,-

What to Bring:

Footwear (running shoes recommended)
Clothes to wear under a wet suit (wool if cold or swim suit if warm)
Snacks and water
Extra clothing if needed, and dry shoes
Sun screen and sun glasses if needed
A sense of adventure!

Restrictions:

Age limit: 10 years (within the year). Children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 18 years.
Able to swim
Not under the influence of drugs or alcohol

Ski & Snowboard service

With the proper maintenance, you will extend the longlivety of the equiptment We provide waxing, edge grinding and polishing of both skis and snowboard.

Bronze: Hand wax (NOK 320)

Silver: Hand wax and edge grinding (NOK 570)

Gold (full service): Voksing av ski med håndvoks, kantslip og strukturslip av såle (NOK 780)

Platinum: Hand wax, edge grinding, structure grind of base and filling the base (from NOK 900)

Hand in your equiptment in the ski rental, and it will be ready to pick up the next time you are here.
