Stand Up Paddleboarding (SUP) is a refreshing and exciting experience that combines the tranquility of nature with the thrill of river rapids!

Our guides take you on a river adventure, progressing from flat water to rapids! During the trip, you will not only get to explore Sirdal from a different angle, but develop your SUP skills, challenge your balance and create good memories.

SUP along rivers is not just for experienced paddlers. Our experienced guides are there to provide you with training and support, whatever your skill level. You can borrow all the necessary equipment, and safety is always in focus. From beginners to experienced paddlers, everyone can experience the unique combination of excitement and nature experience that SUP along the river provides.

What to Bring:

Footwear (running shoes recommended)
Clothes to wear under a wet suit (wool if cold or swim suit if warm)

Restrictions:

Age limit: 10 years (within the year). Children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 18 years.

Sirdal Fjellpark includes the areas of Ålsheia and Tjørhomfjellet, and is the largest ski destination in the region with more than 50,000 visitors every year. With us, you get everything in one place: Fresh snow and powder, newly prepared and unique alpine slopes, accommodation, ski rental, ski school and ski park.

We have a total of seven lifts and a chairlift that will take you safely to the top of our mountains. In total, we have 21 slopes of varying degrees of difficulty. At Sirdal Fjellpark, we cater for the whole family and for all skill levels. You’ll also find a restaurant and free rope tow/magic carpet in our children’s areas, so it’s fun for all the family.
