Stand Up Paddleboarding (SUP) is a refreshing and exciting experience that combines the tranquility of nature with the thrill of river rapids!

Our guides take you on a river adventure, progressing from flat water to rapids! During the trip, you will not only get to explore Sirdal from a different angle, but develop your SUP skills, challenge your balance and create good memories.

SUP along rivers is not just for experienced paddlers. Our experienced guides are there to provide you with training and support, whatever your skill level. You can borrow all the necessary equipment, and safety is always in focus.

NOTE: Trips are dependent on water level

SUP adventure

Restrictions:

  • Age limit of 10yrs. Childern under 13 yrs, must be with an adult ( over 18 yrs).
  • Able to swim
  • Not under the influence of drugs or alcohol

Included:

  • Guides
  • SUP equipment

  • Life jacket and helmet
  • Dry Bag
  • Transport back to the meeting point

What to Bring:

  • Footwear (running shoes recommended)
  • Clothes to wear under a wet suit (wool if cold or swim suit if warm)
  • Snacks and water
  • Extra clothing if needed, and dry shoes
  • Sun screen and sun glasses if needed
  • A sense of adventure!

We are a year-round destination with several great activities and experiences for the whole family. We are located in the heart of Southwest Norway with a short distance to tourist destinations such as Preikestolen and Kjeragbolten. If you visit in the summer, you are welcome to try our many summer attractions such as Høyt og Lavt Klatrepark, water park or frisbee golf. .
