About the job – ski rental staff
We are looking for seasonal staff both full time and part time (every other weekend and holidays)
The ski rental is one of the most interessting departments we have here in Sirdal Fjellpark. Here one serve as the face of the company and you get a close and good relation to the customers. The days are hectic and varied, and you have to work efficiently and systematically to satisfy the guests’ needs. In addition, employees in the ski rental are responisble for the kiosk in the premises and maintenance of the outdoor area upstairs by the chair lift.

As a ski rental staff you work in the service department and answers to the ski rental manager
Your work tasks
- Renting out equiptment
- Customer service
- Sale of kiosk goods
- Help guests book online
- Work as an information channel between the company and our guests
- Maintenance of the outside area
- Cleaning of venue
- Help the booking department when needed
- Be an active part of our evac team
Wanted qualifications

It is not necessary to have knowledge of skiing/boarding or to be able to ski/board.
Requirements
- It is desirable to have certificate B and have access to your own car (for those who work seasonally full-time)
- Must be able to work every other weekend and during holidays (Roman Christmas, winter holiday Rogaland (week 9) and Easter holiday)
- Must be able to work in the winter season from December to Easter Monday (with the possibility of extension)
- Flexibility in relation to working hours and length

About Sirdal Fjellpark
Sirdal Fjellpark is a family-owned year-round business that runs a ski center with, among other things, 8 lifts and 21 slopes, restaurants and a ski school. Throughout the year, we have 24 rooms for rent. In the summer you will find activities for the whole family here, including Høyt Lavt climbing park, mountain cart and other summer activities.
