RULES FOR MOUNTAIN CART

1.You must be over 140 cm and 12 years old to drive the Mountain Cart alone. Children under 140 cm and under 12 years old must be seated with an adult. Maximum weight 120 kg.
2.RESPONSIBILITY TO AVOID INJURY
You must conduct yourself in a way that does not harm yourself or others. Keep a reasonable distance from other Mountain Carts.
3.ADJUST YOUR SPEED ACCORDING TO THE CONDITIONS
You must drive in a controlled manner and adjust your speed and driving style to your skill level, the terrain, the conditions, and the traffic.
4.RIGHT OF WAY
If you are coming from behind (or from above), you are responsible for avoiding a collision.
5.OVERTAKING/DESCENDING
It is forbidden to go straight downhill. If you drive past another Cart, you must give them sufficient space and have complete control over the Cart’s movements.
6.DESCENT
It is only permitted to ride in the marked trails.
7.STOP IN THE DESCENT
If you need to stop, do not stop in narrow or obstructed areas. Move yourself and your cart off the trail as quickly as possible.
8.ON FOOT IN THE DESCENT
If you are on foot, you should walk outside of the trail.
9.HELMET
It is mandatory to wear a helmet for everyone riding a cart.
10.RESPECT SIGNS
Follow signage, markings, and instructions.
11.ASSISTANCE IN CASE OF ACCIDENTS
In case of injuries, everyone is obligated to help. Witnesses and participants are obliged to provide personal information.
It is forbidden to stay in the facility outside opening hours. Doing so can endanger life, as work is in progress.

Cart driving is associated with danger and risk. Of course, it is not allowed to be under the influence of drugs.
Violation of the rules may result in expulsion from the facility.
