Terms and conditions – Sirdal Fjellpark<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

We kindly request all our guests to familiarize themselves with our guidelines for purchasing ski passes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

These terms and conditions apply between Tj\u00f8rhomfjellet AS (\u201cProvider<\/strong>\u201d) and the person placing an order for themselves or on behalf of others (\u201cCustomer<\/strong>\u201d) when purchasing products and services on the Provider’s website. This includes lift passes, ski rental, skischool, accommodation, restaurant services, events, summer acitvities or combinations thereof. These terms and conditions, together with the Customer’s order and order confirmation, constitute the complete contractual basis for the purchase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Provider is Tj\u00f8rhomfjellet AS, with address Tj\u00f8rhomfjellet 53, 4443 Tj\u00f8rhom, organization number 987 076 534, telephone 51 20 81 80, and email post@sirdalfjellpark.no<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Below in Part B are special terms for winter activities. Summer activities are governed by
Part C and accommodation and restaurant services by Part D.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

A. Sales conditions for online purchases<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

1. General information<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The terms set out in this part A apply to the Provider\u2019s year-round offerings, including both summer and winter services.

The Customer is responsible for familiarizing themselves with the terms, product descriptions, and other relevant information on the website before placing an order. The Customer is solely responsible for ensuring that the order matches their own wishes and
needs. After placing the order, the Customer receives an order confirmation by email. The Customer must check that this matches the order and report any errors as soon as possible. The order is binding when payment is registered.

The Provider reserves the right to correct errors in case of printing errors, typographical errors, or system errors that may lead to incorrect information, for example prices. In such cases, the Provider may correct the error or cancel the order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Prices and payment<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The Customer must present proof of discount, coupon, voucher, or gift card before completing a purchase. Discounts apply only to regular prices, and no refunds are given after a completed purchase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Discounts and gift cards<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

When purchasing ski passes online, you can buy them with or without an Axess chip card. If you purchase a ski pass with an existing Axess chip card, your ticket is activated upon the first passage through the turnstile\/lift. If you don’t have an Axess card, you must purchase one. The card costs NOK 80, in addition to the ski pass price. If you have purchased a new Axess chip card online, you can collect it at the pick-up machine in Sirdal Skisenter. There is no deposit on Axess cards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You can find the pick-up machines at the restaurant (Sirdal Lodge) and by the chairlift in Tj\u00f8rhomfjellet, and at the warming cabin in \u00c5lsheia. Scan the QR code you received in your email to retrieve the tickets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Right of withdrawal and cancellation for online purchases<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

There is no right of withdrawal for the purchase of leisure activities such as lift passes, ski rental, or ski school, according to the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act \u00a7 22 letter m, when the agreement specifies a particular date or period for the performance of the service.

For other events, cancellation must be made in writing, as soon as possible and no laterthan 45 days before the event. Cancellations after this, for example due to illness, death, or other serious events, will be considered on a case-by-case basis based on documentation. Transaction and processing costs will be deducted in the event of a
cancellation.

When purchasing via the website, the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act applies insofar as it is applicable. The Customer may exercise the right of withdrawal by notifying the Provider within 14 days. Further information regarding the right of withdrawal and a standard withdrawal form is available on the Provider\u2019s website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. Complaints<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

In case of defects related to the product or service, the Customer may demand correction, redelivery, price reduction, or cancellation of the purchase. Complaints must be submitted in writing to post@sirdalfjellpark.no as soon as possible. The Provider shall thereafter, within a reasonable time, evaluate the complaint and decide which remedies for breach if any, are applicable<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6. Privacy<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The Provider processes only personal data provided by the Customer and that are necessary to fulfill the agreement between the parties. The information is treated confidentially and is used to improve services, conduct customer surveys, and for
marketing purposes. The information is not sold to external parties. It is not processed to a greater extent than necessary to achieve its purpose. Personal data is disclosed only with consent, to fulfill the agreement, or when required by law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

7. Disputes<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably between the parties. If this does not succeed, the matter may be brought before the \u00abForbrukerr\u00e5d\u00bb. Disputes are governed by Norwegian law, and a consumer may bring the case before the Customer’s ordinary venue in accordance with the Norwegian dispute act \u00a7 4-5 (7).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

B. Special terms for winter activities<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

1. Lift passes and Axess chip cards <\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Lift passes purchased online can be loaded onto an existing Axess chip card or purchased with a new card. A new Axess chip card costs 80 NOK and has no deposit. It is collected at the pickup machine by scanning the QR code from the order confirmation. Pickup machines are located at the Lodge in Tj\u00f8rhomfjellet, at the ski rental, and at the lounge (varmestuen) in \u00c5lsheia. Season passes are personal and may not be transferred. The Customer must be able to document that they are the legitimate holder of the lift pass, and the pass must be presented upon request<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In case of misuse or breach of rules, the Provider reserves the right to withdraw the card. The Provider adheres to FIS rules and guidelines, and breaches may lead to card withdrawal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In case of misuse of a lift pass, including use of another person\u2019s pass, incorrect pass or use contrary to these terms, as well as breaches of the Alpine Responsibility Code or instructions from staff, the Provider may impose sanctions.

Such sanctions may include withdrawal or suspension of the lift pass, expulsion from the
facility and\/or the imposition of a control fee\/additional charge. Serious or repeated breaches may result in permanent exclusion or reporting to the police.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lost season passes can be replaced for a fee of 250 NOK. Season passes provide priorityaccess in case of capacity restrictions, but no guarantee of entry. With a season pass, the Customer can ski or snowboard in both Tj\u00f8rhomfjellet and \u00c5lsheia. The season normally runs from December to the end of April, depending on conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Ski rental and ski school<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Ordering and payment for ski rental and ski school must be done online, in the same way
as for lift passes and other products.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Permitted equipment in the facility<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Permitted equipment in slopes, ski tows, and chairlifts includes alpine skis, telemark skis, monoskis, snowboards, cross-country skis, and snowblades. Approved brakes or retention straps (fangremmer) are mandatory for all equipment except cross-country skis. During transport on ski tows or chairlifts, the rear foot must be loose from the snowboard.
Equipment that cannot be attached to the body is prohibited in the chairlift. Snowskates
and snowbikes are currently not permitted<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Training and competitions<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Parts of the slopes may be reserved for competitions and training, which may affect availability<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. Groups, schools and organised groups <\/h3>\n\n\n\n

For bookings made on behalf of groups, including companies, schools, teams, or other
