Responsibility to avoid harm<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You must act in a way that does not endanger yourself or others. <br>You must at all times have necessary control of your ski\/snowboard equipment, <br>and you are responsible for avoiding any damage to people or other property.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:0px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading h3\">2. Adapt speed to the conditions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You must ski\/board in control and adjust speed and style according to skill level, terrain, weather, snow conditions, and other traffic in the slopes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:0px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading h3\">3. Yield<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you are coming from behind, you have the responsibility to ski\/board in a way that avoids collision with others.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:0px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading h3\">4. Overtaking and downhill skiing<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You can pass another skier or snowboarder provided that they have enough space for both controlled and uncontrolled movements. Straight downhill skiing is prohibited, except during organized training.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:0px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading h3\">5. Starting, entering, or turning uphill in the slope<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you enter or turn uphill in a slope, you must ensure that it&#8217;s done without endangering yourself or others. <br>The same applies when moving after stopping.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:0px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading h3\">6. Stopping in the slope<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Unless absolutely necessary, avoid stopping in narrow or limited visibility areas. <br>After a fall in such a place, move away as quickly as possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:0px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading h3\">7. Walking in the slope<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you&#8217;re on foot, use only the outer edges of the slope.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:0px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading h3\">8. Respect signs and markings<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Follow signs, markings, and instructions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:0px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading h3\">9. Assistance in accidents<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In case of injuries, every skier or snowboarder is obliged to help.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:0px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading h3\">10. Identification<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In case of injuries and accidents, witnesses and those involved must provide personal information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading h3\">Sirdal Fjellpark&#8217;s Lift rules<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Skiing across in zigzag motion in the lift area is not allowed for safety reasons and can lead to removal from the facility.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Children must be over 140 cm to take the chairlift alone.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Snowballs are strictly forbidden in the chairlift.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Carrying children in a carrier both in the lifts or the slopes is forbidden.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pets are not allowed on the slopes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Leashes are mandatory for snowboarding, mountain skiing, and telemark skiing in the facility. Violations may result in removal from the facility.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading h3\">Off-piste skiing<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All movement outside the marked, prepared, and controlled slopes is done at your own risk. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading h3\">Movement in the ski resort during snow production and outside opening hours<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">During snow production, the area is considered a construction site, and all movement is prohibited when snow production is ongoing. It&#8217;s also forbidden to move in the facility after closing hours due to the operation of heavy machinery. This rule is for your own safety.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading h3\">Sledding in ski slopes is not allowed<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All sledding is prohibited in the ski area, both during opening hours and outside. Sledding in groomed trails can create dangerous situations, and outside our opening hours, we are a construction area where heavy machinery and forces are at work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading h3\">What epuitpment can you use in our facility?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The following equipment is permitted to be used in Sirdal Fjellpark&#8217;s slopes, ski lifts and chairlifts: <br>Alpine skis, Telemark skis, mono skis, snowboards, cross-country skis and snowblades. <br><br>For all types of equipment, except cross-country skis, stoppers\/straps are mandatory. <br>The rear foot must be detached from the snowboard during transportation in ski racks and chairlifts. <br>If you cannot attach skis or other equipment to your body, it is forbidden to use them in the chairlift.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It is currently not allowed to use Snowskate\/snowbike in Sirdal Fjellpark.
