The groomer drivers are the ones who stay up every night to ensure that we can deliver the best product we have. You must have an understanding of terrain, snow and weather in addition to having mechanical insight for the daily maintenance of the machines. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"small-container wp-block-paragraph\">As a groomer driver you work in the operations department and in close dialogue with the operations manager. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading small-container\">Your work tasks<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list small-container\">\n<li>Maintenance of slopes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Daily maintenance of the snow cat<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading small-container\">Wanted qualifications<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list small-container\">\n<li>Has extensive experience with treadle machines and\/or larger construction machines<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Preferably Scandinavian-speaking, but English is also part of the working language<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Has an understanding of terrain, snow and weather conditions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Has professional pride and the ability to deliver a good product and result<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Is flexible and understands that changes can happen in a short time<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Has an understanding of the nature of the profession and working hours<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading small-container\">Requirements<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list small-container\">\n<li>Has previous work experience with snow cats and\/or larger construction machines<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Has mechanical understanding<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Certificate B and own car <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Must be able to work every other weekend and during holidays (Roman Christmas, winter holiday Rogaland (week 9) and Easter holiday)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Must be able to work in the winter season from December to Easter Monday (with the possibility of extension) <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading small-container\">We offer<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list small-container\">\n<li>Full-time seasonal contract<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Exciting work close to the natural elements<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Opportunity for personal development and learning<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Season pass in Sirdal Fjellpark<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Staff discounts on food and drink in restaurants operated by Sirdal Fjellpark<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Possibility to get an offer for employee accommodation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Training<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Wages in accordance with agreement<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading small-container\">About Sirdal Fjellpark<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"small-container wp-block-paragraph\">Sirdal Fjellpark is a family-owned year-round business that runs a ski center with, among other things, 8 lifts and 21 slopes, restaurants and a ski school.
